Last updated: 6/23/2026

1. Overview

orbitly ("we", "us") provides a personal life-organization app. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account info: email, name, password (hashed).
  • App content: tasks, notes, routines, meals, budgets, and other data you create.
  • Integrations: if you connect Google Calendar or Plaid, we receive tokens and the data you authorize (calendar events, bank transactions).
  • Usage data: basic logs to keep the service running and secure.

3. How We Use It

To operate the app, sync your integrations, provide AI-assisted features, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third Parties

We use service providers for hosting, database/auth, AI model inference, and the integrations you choose to connect (e.g., Google, Plaid). Each is bound by their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, row-level security on the database). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.

8. Children

orbitly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
